Compact, yet surprisingly spacious inside, due to its carefully designed interior, your Adventure Van 2/3-Berth campervan is a favourite with many visitors, simply because they offer many features not always available in other campers.

For instance, the shower/toilet cubical can be used while the double bed is in the sleeping position. Many couples choose the 2/3-Berth campervan for the extra storage space provided by the third berth situated above the driver’s compartment. Large windows offer panoramic views bringing the spectacular scenery right in to you when you park up at any one of our thousands of beauty spots.

Our campervans are fully equipped with everything you are likely to need on your travels. Basically, you just need to bring your toothbrush, because as with all our vehicles, linen, cooking utensils, sheets and towels are provided along with a host of other accessories, including child restrain seats if required. We can even provide you with mountain bikes and other outdoors equipment if you want to expand your activities while exploring our beautiful country.

An added bonus for our clients is that all Adventure Vans, campervans and motorhomes have solar power, meaning that it is often not necessary to find a campervan park, connect to mains cable, or run the engine excessively to provide power for lighting and electrical devices. A four-burned gas cooker, and a fridge/ freezer are standard. Versatile and so very easy-to-drive, our 2/3-berth campervans require only a standard car driver’s license and are a wonderful economic option for two or three travellers.

INSURANCE BOND 2-3 Berth Models
A bond is required of $3500 (credit card not processed)
The $3500 bond can:

be reduced to $250 with an additional $29 per day

Rental Duration:
When calculating the number of days a vehicle is rented, the day of the pick-up is counted as day one of the rental, regardless of pick-up time.
The day of the vehicle’s return is counted as the final day of the rental.
The minimum rental period is 7 days. Late pick-up or early return of the vehicle does not entitle the hirer to any refund of the unused portion of the rental.

Security Deposit:
A security bond of $350 is required to cover traffic infringements and to ensure the camper is returned in a reasonably tidy condition.
All equipment and bedding must be accounted for, the waste tanks emptied and gas bottle refilled.

Change of Vehicle:
Should the vehicle be unavailable through unforseen circumstances, Adventure Vans reserve the right to substitute and alternative vehicle.

Extra Drivers Fee:
Additional drivers can be added to the motorhome rental for an additional NZ$50.00 per extra driver.

Collection Depots:
For collection of you motorhome, please make your way to one of our depots as listed above (operating hours 8.00am to 4.30pm daily). Please advise if arrival is outside of these hours. Taxi services are available from both the Auckland and Christchurch airports and will cost approx NZ$40.00 one way.

Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations received within 14 days of pick-up will incur a fee of 15% of rental value.
No shows, 100% of hire will be charged.
